We currently ship in the US only and do not offer international shipping.
We aim to process and ship your order within 2 – 3 days from the time of your purchase and will arrive in the timeframe shown at checkout. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders of multiple sets may be mailed in multiple shipments. Processing time may increase to 5 – 7 days during various peak holiday seasons or for bulk orders.
If you have received notification that an item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received the item, you must notify us in writing at hello@printedjoystudio.com within 2 days. We will contact the mail carrier to check the status of your shipment. You must also contact the mail carrier responsible for delivering the item to resolve the issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for the carrier’s failure to deliver the item.
