Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. 
  • Custom products are non-refundable and are not eligible for refund.  We will do everything within our ability to ensure your satisfaction.  Inspect your order upon delivery and check for damages, defects or if you received the wrong item.  If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order or products are damaged, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a claim. Send your full name, order number, details of your concern and images of the products to hello@printedjoystudio.com.  The resolution on set orders and bulk orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and reprints shall be determined by Printed Joy Studio in its sole discretion.  Upon approval of a claim, the order may be remade and shipped to the customer at no additional cost.  Bulk orders may be subject to limitations and exclusions.
